Cassgray2 Jangles

I am a certified high school mathematics teacher, currently working on my Physical Eucation endorsement. I coached the Varsity boys soccer team for three years and I am currently the 7th grade girls basketball coach and the distance coach for the Varsity Track team, as well as my sons' under seven soccer coach. I have been teaching and coaching at the secondary level for 11 years and teaching fitness classes for nine. I worked at the Livonia Community Recreation Center for all of those nine years, covering a wide variety of classes and meeting my coordinators class needs whenever necessary. I am an avid fitness enthusiast, having completed 10 triathlons, 6 half marathons, and over 100 5k races. For the past two years i ahve worked with a fellow instructor, going out to businesses and schools and providing after work fitness classes and coaching. Fitness, teaching and coaching are a part of my every day life and I love every minute of it.
