Beth Urban, a local health and fitness professional, has committed herself full time to sharing her passion
and energy with others – motivating them to move in the same healthy direction.
A graduate of Ohio University, Beth chose to leave her corporate day job and make a career out of inspiring
others to make a true healthy impact daily. She is the creator of Converted Cuisine and Body, which
offers all-natural Wellness Coaching services. Beth found her own passion with nutrition and fitness after
losing more than 35 pounds eight years ago in a healthy way and maintaining that lifestyle. Embracing the
knowledge and health benefits of proper exercise and diet, she believes in paying it forward by sharing her
excitement.
Beth is now an ACE-Certified Group Fitness Instructor and YogaFit-trained working at multiple fitness centers around the city
including LifeTime Fitness, New Albany Country Club, and MediFit. Through Converted Cuisine and Body
she also offers outdoor Bootcamp courses and personal training camps in local parks and neighborhoods.
Her high-energy attitude lends itself to a list of specialty formats including Kickboxing, Bootcamp, Total
Body Conditioning, Strictly Strength, Core Training, Pump & Jump Rope Circuit, Barbell Strength, and Yoga,
among other classes.
In addition to bouncing around and creating energy in multiple crowds a day, Beth brings that same healthy
perspective to the community with her all-natural Wellness Coaching services. You can find her contributing
to a local physician’s blog, creating YouTube videos to find the fun in fitness, or serving as an active
ambassador for the Cbus Food Revolution. Beth firmly believes that health and fitness go hand-in-hand
with change, and that nothing is static. This fitness fanatic speaks from the heart: “A body in motion should
stay in motion. You just have to find what works for you. Then own that!”
