I am a enthusiatic fitness fanatic! I have been a competitive swimmer for 20 years and have a passion for being around and in the water. I have completed 2 iron girl triathalons, 1 half marathon and several 5 and 10ks. I enjoy working out 6-7 days a week! I currently work for the Highland Park Park district where i run their learn to swim program. I enjoy encouraging members on there fitness journey's. I stay current with workout and diet trends and enjoy cooking wholesome meals for my family and I. I live an active lifestyle and enjoy being with other fitness minded individuals. I currently helped my sister lose over 80lbs! I worked out with her 5 days a week and designed a meal plan for her. It was amazing to see her progress and her life transform! I am bubbly and enthusiatic and feel i would be a good fit to any fitness program.
