Maria Alexandra Hernandez

Alexandra has been with Spa Lady for five years. She graduated from Montclair State University in 2009 with a degree in Psychology after having built up significant hands-on experience in the fitness industry at the YMCA in summit NJ. Alejandra holds multiple personal fitness training certifications in addition to her degree.

Alexandra understands the challenges facing women who try to find balance in the lives. She takes pride in being able to help women find their balance both mentally and physically through her fitness training expertise at Spa Lady.
