Sandy Hancock

I have a strong desire and passion to share my knowledge with you so you can lead a healthy, longer, happier lifestyle.

My fitness interest started when I was a skinny young girl doing gymnastics with my dad.  With his encouragement I began gymnastics lessons and landed a spot on my high school gymnastic team. After gradating I missed the grueling strength and conditioning exercises and the physical challenge.  I had a passion to stay physically fit so I joined the local gym an d stayed active by attending aerobic classes regularly. I did aerobic classes for 20 years but did not have the toned body I desired. At the age of 38 I wanted to take my body to the next level and this is what led me to weight training.

I started weight training with a personal trainer who taught me how to train properly with weights. In a quest to reach my fitness goal I entered the before and after challenge and within 3 months my whole body changed to a leaner, more toned physique. I was amazed at the changes that took place. It was a fantastic, motivating, challenging journey from the beginning which changed my life.  After training for a year and a half I decided I needed to step on stage.

At the age of 39 I stepped on stage for the first time and took 2nd place in my first competition. I was very excited about this achievement and with continued education, guidance and proper diet and exercise I went on to compete for five years taking 3rd at Master Nationals in 2004 at the age of 43.  In 2010 at the age of 48 I decided to step on stage again and placed 4th in two competitions that year. Now 2012 and at the age of 50 I continue to focus my ambitions and desired on taking my body to that next level and competed in April at the Emerald Cup placing 2nd in 50 and over figure.

During this journey I developed a newfound desire to extensively study the affects of nutrition, exercise and weight training.  But this was just a small part in becoming who I am today.  A big part of my success in the fitness world came through self-improvement courses, educational retreats and hypnosis. Through all my education I realized changing my life first requires changing my mind. I have been studying personal development, fitness and nutrition ever since.

My passion is to guide and support women who want to live longer, healthier more satisfying lives.  I enjoy sharing my knowledge to help you look and feel your best.  I know what you put in your body translates to how good you look, how good you feel and even how long you will live.  Many women are looking for the quick fix to become the best they can be. They want a new way of life, a better way.  The right tools and information are available; all you need is the desire and dedication to make the changes.  When you decide you want to be a better, healthier life, you can success with desire, dedication, and the guidance I can give you.

My programs will teach you about positive body image, how to feel younger, how to have more energy, establish better nutrition habits, self improvement and the power your mind plays to make all of your dreams become a reality. I believe being and thinking in a positive way is a big part of becoming successful in life, in transforming your physique or in any other area you desire.  I will teach you how food affects your body, how to change your thinking process and how to get what you really want in life.  The information I will provide you in your journey can be life transforming if you choose to apply the principles discussed, so let’s get started.

Sincerely,

Sandy Hancock
