Shelley Healy

I first started into fitness more than 12 years ago.  Starting with myself I realized that I needed to lose weight and build a healthier body. It has now been 12 years and I have lost 35 pounds and am proud to say that I have kept it all off.  I understand the needs of people who are wanting to make a change in their lives, or just simply to have more energy for their day to day lives.

Fitness is my passion, I love what I do and helping others to reach their goals is truly exciting.  I instruct others how to develop good cardiovascular endurance and also help them to learn the importance of building and maintaining muscle through strength training.

Eating healthy is also my priority, I enjoy showing my clients how to make good food choices, how they can  read food labels and truly understand what it takes to eat right for life.

I believe that fitness and nutrition are life long habits, everyday we have the opportunity to do something good for ourselves and little by little we can move in the right direction.  Sometimes, it can be difficult but with the right coach to help you along the way,  you can have the life that you can only imagine.
