I have been a Personal Trainer for 8 years.  I specialize in group training (boot camp).  I also do alot of 1-1 or small group training.  My classes usually range from 6-25 people.  Ranging in ages from 16-60.  I try to focus on creating workouts that are fun yet effective.  I try to create workouts that use bodyweight, bands and stability balls so that I can show people moves that they can do from home.  Also exercises that meet all fitness levels.  I train alot more women than men.  But I think its more because women are more comforable in a group setting.  I am not sure if that is the case at vacation resorts?  But either way I can def. accomidate either sex.  

I have a great set of workouts that I think would be loved by people vactioning.  The first is called Rocky https://vimeo.com/55360718 its a kickboxing type workout.  Although I am not a certified Kick boxing instructor it definetly gets you sweating.  The second is called Booty blast.  (I do not currently have the workout on video yet) but this is by far the women in my classes favorite....focusing on the glutes.  The 3rd is called Navy https://vimeo.com/55042925 which is a full body workout requiring no equipment.  I have many more videos I can send you to show you what I do.  If you need more of them please let me know.  And if you have trouble viewing them please let me know.

I also wanted to mention I have experience training young athletes.  Focusing on basic fundamentalt moves trying to make sure that they are learning how to use there core and develope good skills. 

I find it weird to sit here and write about myself.  I tend to try and be humble.  I feel that I am a great trainer.  I know that I love fitness and people.  I try to make everything I do fun.   I have over 100 clients that I train by myself each month.  Many that have been with me for years.  If I had the option to give you more references below, I would give you my clients.  I think that speaks for itself and shows that I do a great job.   I would love to be considered to train for you guys and will do a great job.

I will leave you with this.  I may not have as many creditials as other trainers that want to be considered for this opportunity, but I have one thing that school can't teach, and that is INTEGRITY.  I promise that I will be on time, I will show up everyday,  I will be prepared and that I will smile, have fun and do my best to creat the best workout each day!
