I have never enjoyed working out in general, but I loathed organized classes. I was too clumsy to keep up and felt I really wasn't getting a good workout. I did enjoy dancing even though I wasn't very good at it. So when my friend asked me to come to her Zumba class, I told her all the reasons I listed above. She kept at it ,and after about 3 months I folded. I was completely lost throughout the entire class. But I loved the music and the energy that the group provided was palpable. I kept going, and within a few classes I was hooked. I give everything I have to give that same electricity in my classes so everyone has a great experience. You may not be graceful,a dancer, or in good shape, BUT you WILL have fun and you will get an amazing workout!
