Christy Giroux

Having been an athlete my entire life it was a natural choice to major in Exercise Science at Ithaca College in NY. Upon finishing college I became a certified personal trainer and have held various positions within the industry including personal trainer, group instructor, Fitness Director, General Manager, Corporate Program Director, sales representative and studio owner. I am very passionate about educating people to choose a healthy way of life. I have educated trainers for the National Academy of Sports Medicine and TRX.
