Jane RYT 500 believes yoga is an incredible way to cultivate the body, the mind and the spirit. After several years of running and competitive tennis, Jane took her first yoga class while living in the Middle East. Having had first-hand experience of the transformative power of yoga she became a passionate practitioner. Wanting to share her passion with others Jane completed her 500 Yoga Alliance Certification through Yoga of India. Jane’s classes build strength, stamina and flexibility using creative, energetic flow sequences. while teaching alignment and attention to the breath. Jane’s classes consist of centering and intention setting through meditation and pranayama, a warm-up and sequences of seated, standing, balancing and twisting asanas. Each class ends with a guided relaxation. Jane aspires to provide a supportive relationship with her students to encourage physical and emotional growth.
