Julie Miller

Julie has been a fitness instructor for over 20 years.  She first realized her passion for exercise while training for sports in high school.  She went on to earn a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse and worked for various fitness clubs as a personal trainer, exercise instructor and supervisor.  She has taught many styles over the years including Zumba, Step, Dance, Yoga, Bootcamp, Body Toning and Core Strength.  She truly enjoys helping others achieve their fitness goals while providing a fun, safe and enjoyable class for all fitness levels.
