Chanelle White is a holistic nutrition and lifestyle coach, certified Pilates instructor and public speaker who has been featured in Shape and other various media outlets. As an Institute for Integrative Nutrition-trained coach her practice Be Well with Chanelle specializes in lifestyle detoxification and healthy work-life balance. With a love for Pilates, dancing, yoga, natural beauty and plant-based cooking, Chanelle’s passion is to empower people to reclaim their health and wellness through nutrition, fitness and mindful living. Her focus is to educate and support busy professionals across the country rid life’s toxins while discovering a healthy balance to look and feel amazing.
Chanelle was born in the shore community of West Cape May, New Jersey, growing up in Delaware, and received her undergraduate education from Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ with a B.A. degree in Communications. Prior to specializing in the field of nutrition and wellness, Chanelle’s career was centered in marketing communications and public relations. On a personal journey to discover her own life’s balance and career fulfillment, Chanelle received her comprehensive Pilates training from PhysicalMind Institute helping women and men of all ages and physical abilities develop a strong, tone, lean, flexible, and balanced physique - from head to toe.
After years of holding on to a communications profession she was expected to have and struggling with stress-induced high blood pressure, fatigue and emotional eating, Chanelle finally declared her independence from toxic jobs and personal relationships that no longer served her. By making simple, holistic lifestyle changes that nourished her mind, body and soul Chanelle was able to manage stress, feel energized, and get off the emotional eating roller coaster. Now leading by example, she fully embraces her passion of helping others to be happy and well.
Chanelle's nutrition training encompasses more than one hundred dietary theories and a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, Chanelle will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
Residing in southern New Jersey, Chanelle teaches at Breathe Studio Pilates and is available as a guest instructor worldwide. In addition, she leads nutrition and wellness workshops, food tours, cooking demonstrations, and conducts kitchen detox. Chanelle offers custom, one-on-one coaching programs including the Be Well in 12 Ultimate Transformation™ to clients worldwide.
