I have practicing yoga for over 25 years. I have a masters degree in dance therapy and for many years worked in the mental health field. As a result of my experience I have excellent people skills and enjoy working with people to assist them on their way towards health and wellness.
I have been teaching Yoga now since 2007 consistently to people of all levels and ages. I teach beginners and advanced students. I have taught teens and children.
Whatever the fitness level and capability, I enjoy working with people to bring about health, vitality and a sense of wellness to their lives.
