Michael is a Certified Personal Trainer with the American Council Exercise. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Arizona. Your guests will join Michael and other motivated individuals that are looking to learn how they can add variety and fitness nuance to their active lifestyle. The sessions cover static stretching and breathing techniques; dynamic warm ups and mobility; bodyweight strength movements and balance; and effective cool down techniques. This style of training will not abuse participant's bodies. In fact, it will leave them feeling invigorated! No more deep muscle soreness that lasts for days. No more lower back or knee pain. Your guests will learn how to develop a healthy approach to fitness. This style of training is not for the faint of heart, however. Guests will work hard for 20 of the 60 minutes each session. That 20 minutes will build the muscular and cardiovascular endurance needed to efficiently engage in activities for daily living. It is functional fitness at its best!
