Katie Seier

I grew up in North Dakota and attended college at Minot State University, Majoring in Corporate Fitness and Marketing. I now live in Minnesota with my fiance, teaching group exercise at the YMCA and working full time in a corporate fitness position. I personal train clients and develop wellness programs, as well as teach classes daily. In my free time I enjoy weight lifting, enjoying family time, playing with my dog, and enjoying the outdoors in Minnesota.
