I am a full-time assistant professor at a Midwest University, and I love teaching in the gym almost as much as I love teaching in the classroom. Nothing feels greater than to see my class members achieving their fitness goals while also having a good time. I teach several fitness formats, but in all cases, I believe strongly in the power of music, education and entertainment in providing a positive and rewarding experience that gets results and keeps people coming back for more.
I've been dancing and teaching dance for many years. I've been a fitness instructor since 2009 when I began teaching Zumba. Since 2009, I've added many other formats to my portfolio. I also teach R.I.P.P.E.D., TRX group suspension training, WERQ dance fitness, Zumbatomic (Zumba for kids age 4-12), PiYo, Turbo Kick, body sculpting and functional/boot camp training.
