Jennifer teaches various types of yoga and fitness classes out of her home and has taught at local health clubs, schools, and churches. She has taught group cardio/strength classes, Vinyasa (Flow)Yoga and YogaFit. Her advanced training is in Yoga Therapy and Meditation in the method of Satyananda, as taught by Ema Stefanova at Ann Arbor Yoga and Meditation. Not all yoga and meditation training is the same. This method is therapeutic and deeply focused on awareness of our own daily life experience in the mind and body. This holistic practice includes raising consciousness of how we are affected by our environment, thoughts, and emotions daily. Classes can include Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), chakra awareness, poses, breathing, and Antar Mouna (Inner Silence Meditation).
Jennifer also councils and supplies her clients with Shaklee nutrition products to support healthy eating and supplementation for fitness enthusiasts.
