I have a passion for teaching people how to exercise safely and how to enjoy doing it. I enjoy teaching a variety of formats to keep our members on their toes and keep them from getting bored or plateau in their workouts and goals. With two of my colleagues over the summers we have brought Zumba to Buffalo's waterfront and started with 50 bodies ending with close to 300. This is part of a revival hope for our waterfront as we bring fun exercise, exciting energy and awareness to the beauty of our town's waterfront as well as a more fit, healthy city. I keep myself current on the all of the trends by attending conferences and workshops through the year as well as by visiting hot clubs in major cities in North America.
I love to travel with my husband and would love to have the chance to meet people of other cultures also in love with fitness and educating others how to live a more healthy lifestyle, even on vacations.
