Jennifer Axe

I own Jenny Axe Fitness a mobile Personal Training Studio.  I train my clients in their homes 1-3 times per week.  I also have a home studio in which I train clients who do not have equipment at home.  I have been training since 2002.  I began my fitness profession at the YMCA in 2002 and have grown since then gaining my own business in 2007.  I have 25 clients and service them in about 34-38hours per week. My specialty is strength training and weight loss through circuit training and HIIT based training modes.  I am a running coach with our local Running Shoe shop locally, teach yogafit, cycling, and TRX certified.
