Rita Polevoy

Rita was born in Minsk, the capital and largest city in Belarus. She moved to Chicago with her family when she was just four years old in 1992! Amazingly, Rita is still fluent in Russian & is very involved in her community. At nine, Rita began gymnastics training, her first step into the world of athletics and fitness training.

After completing grade school in Arlington Heights, Rita attended Loyola University in Chicago. For several years, she immersed herself exclusively in Anthropology & graduated with a Bachelors in Arts of Anthropology However, just prior to graduation, she reintroduced training and physical fitness back into her life. It didn’t take long for her to rediscover her life-long passion for fitness training, nutrition and all activities encouraging healthy lifestyles.

Rita obtained her ISSA Personal Trainer certification shortly after graduating from Loyola. She developed and currently manages a Facebook page focused entirely on exercise and healthy living. Check it out at www.facebook.com/RediSetFit.
