Graduated with Masters in Physical Education at Ohio State University in 1979

Began teaching one on one classes to clients at Eliizabeth Arden Beauty Salon in Washington D.C. 1981

Owner of Exercise Studio in Chicago, IL  -personal trainer for Oprah Winphery in 1983 

Started BodybyCarol in 1984 and continued to persoanl train and run corporate finess program at AT&T in Chicago, IL  1983

Moved to Florida and continued personal training and teaching group exercise classes at various health clubs. 1987

Moved to Westborough, MA and continued teaching group exercise classes, personal training, and started nutrition business.

Now live in E. Falmouth in Cape Cod , MA and continue to teach and run my fitness and nutrition business's.
