Theresa Eppolito

My name is Theresa Eppolito and I can’t wait to teach your class! Born and raised in Syracuse, and here I stay! I graduated from LeMoyne College and have been working in the Fitness, Wellness, and Physical Therapy industry for 10 years now as a Marketing Director for a Physical Therapy company as well as teaching classes in our health club! I have been dancing my whole life, all the way through college and now I am so excited that ZUMBA and other fitness opportunites have entered my life in my adult years to satisfy my urge to just SHAKE IT, BE CRAZY and have FUN and healthy!!!! I have recently pursued my goal to become an ACSM certified personal trainer and certified group fitness instructor! I am very excited and motivated to continue this new journey of expanding my fitness knowledge and helping motivate all of you to live and maintain healthy lifestyles!
