Kendra Reynolds graduated from West Virginia University in May 2000 with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology. After graduation, she held a position with the WVU Lifetime Activities Program where she was a manager and personal trainer at the Stansbury Hall Wellness Center.
In 2007, while living in Western Maryland, Kendra became a client and later an apprentice at The Balanced Body Studio in Deep Cree Lake. She has studied pilates under Michele Larsson and became comprehensively certified through Core Dynamics in the Spring of 2011. Core Dynamics was designed by Michele Larsson and teaches the traditional Pilates Method as taught by Eve Gentry. Kendra has also trained with Dilla Mastrangelo from Harmony Pilates Studio in Pittsburgh and is currently training with Balanced Body University at Dragonfly Pilates in Murrysville, PA.
The Pilates Studio opened in September 2010 operating as a small private studio in Kendra's home. With continued growth and interest in the pilates method, Kendra decided to move the location to commercial space so she can offer pilates to the Tri-State community.
