I have been teaching group exercise classes for over 5-years. I enjoy assisting participants reach their target goals in fitness. The love to motivate and encourage others to reach their maximum potential in the exercise classes. In order to stay on top of whats new in the fitness industry, I strive to attend a major fitness conference at least once a year. Fitness has become a positive part of my life and it truly do enjoy teaching the classes. I look forward to passing on my excitement and expertise to other fitness instructors as well as the participants.
