Stacy Randall

 

Stacy has combined a lifetime of fitness with the joy of teaching and helping others in the areas of Pilates, dance (barre), water aerobics and sports nutrition.

She draws from her knowledge of anatomy, movement, and fitness skills to provide clients with programs to suit any level of ability. She is adept at teaching a diverse clientele ranging from athletes (runners, golfers, dancers etc.) to clients in their 70’s.

Stacy applies a variety of training techniques including Balanced Body University certification in Pilates reformer and matt, dance training with the School of the Pennsylvania Ballet, The Pittsburgh Ballet and The University of the Arts as well as certifications in water aerobics and sports nutrition from AASA/ISMA.  These approaches combine traditional Pilates with modern principles of exercise science. Stacy stays current with new developments in the field through workshops, international training/retreats and is working toward additional certifications to compliment her repertoire. 

Her extensive training allows her to fully challenge every body. She takes her students through custom programs built on the integrity of the classical technique. Stacy keeps her students moving with the proper form to maximize the benefits from each session. Just as importantly, her exuberant personality and encouraging teaching style keep sessions fun and fresh.

Stacy is dedicated to personalizing exercise programs to help each client reach their full potential and carry those skills over to everyday activities and sports.
