Michelle Hanson

Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii.  Fell in love with STEP aerobics in the 90's.  Moved to Illinois in 2001 in search of a job with my chemistry degree.  Established a career with Abbott Laboratories, certified in 2008 with AFAA to become a STEP instructor.  Began teaching STEP and Strength Circuit during the lunch and after work hours at the Abbott fitness center.  After giving birth to my first child in 2011, I wanted to continue teaching and learn more formats.  I certified in Les Mill's Body Pump later in the year, became addicted to the fitness industry through teaching at Xperience Fitness and certified in Zumba and Aqua Zumba in 2012.
