Although a cheerleader, dancer and gymnast, she didn’t quite ‘get’ the importance nutrition and fitness. After three years of resistance training, cardio and attention to nutrition, Kendra transformed losing over 50lbs and improved her body fat composition from 28% to 10%. Kendra is eager to teach others how to use fitness to build self-confidence and live healthy, active and happy lifestyles.
She earned her certification as a personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise.
Kendra is awed by the mechanics of weight lifting and combines resistance and flexibility training to focus on the basics of functional strength. She is passionate to share the techniques necessary to strengthen core mobility and balance, with further progressions to weight lifting and performance training.
Showing her devotion to nutrition and fitness, Kendra is a professional figure competitor and has placed 5th, 2nd, and 1st in her first three amateur shows. In April 2013, she placed 4th at her first professional show.

Kendra is eager to teach others how to use fitness to build self-confidence and live healthy, active and happy lifestyles. She earned her certifications from a variety of National institutions. She is an ACE certified personal trainer, ISSA Sports Nutritionist, Reformer Pilates instructor, Spartan Strong instructor, Pre and post natal specialist and a Metabolic Specialist. She is a 200RYT Through Life Power Yoga with Life Time Fitness. Kendra has been teaching Reformer pilates, yoga, group fitness, personal training and nutrition since 2012.
Kendra is awed by the body and how every individual can have a completely set of needs, from understanding the carb value in an apple to using pilates to decrease low back pain. Over her years in fitness, she has been able to work with special populations in many different fitness realms. Pilates is great for low intensity, non impact while Spartan Strong delivers heart rate variability training and can really make you feel invincible!
Showing her devotion to nutrition and fitness, Kendra is a professional figure competitor and has placed 5th, 2nd, and 1st in her first three amateur shows. In April 2013, she placed 4th at her first professional show. Continuing to push her limits, Kendra went back to her dancing roots and placed 9th in International Amateur Fitness at the Arnold Classic in February 2014. She currently has a 3.5 year old (Georgie) and is a happy newlywed.
