Beth Murphree

I received my black belt when I was a teenager. I began teaching Group Fitness classes in 2000.  Some of the classes I teach are Kickboxing, Indoor Cycling, Water Aerobics, Cardio/Sculpt Intervals and Boot Camp. I strive to make my classes tough, safe and fun!  I believe in always providing modifications so that every participant can get a great work-out and have fun doing it!
