Lisa is a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach, certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) and a licensed Zumba® Fitness Instructor-a winning combination for superior health, weight loss & exercise. Lisa holds licenses in Zumba® Basic, Zumba® Toning and Zumba® Sentao, the newest fitness sensation. She honed her teaching skills with a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Development & Leadership from Widener University and is in the Masters Program at St. Joseph’s University to further strengthen her skills.

Lisa received her holistic health coach training from one of the largest nutrition schools in the world, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, and she is versed in over 100 different dietary theories. As a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, when Lisa works with people in her health-coaching program, her holistic approach enables her to hone in & help in multiple areas of a client’s life that are affecting their health; crippling their ability to lose weight & get healthy. Her program is individualized for each person she coaches. Lisa gives back to others by holding free health classes & workshops in the area. Lisa also volunteers for the Police Athletic League and various Philadelphia non-profit organizations.

When Lisa took her first Zumba® Fitness class she was addicted immediately to the energetic music and fun atmosphere. She describes her first class as crazy but so much fun. “I felt like I had two left feet!” “It’s a great stress reliever and an extremely effective exercise in disguise.” Through a combination of healthy eating and Zumba® Fitness, Lisa has lost thirty pounds and has maintained this weight loss for over seven years.
