Cathy has been teaching aerobics since 1989, and she currently teaches step, lo-hi, muscle and fusion classes at one of Cincinnati's largest health and wellness centers, where she is the Fitness and Group Exercise Manager. An energetic leader, she creates cardio patterns that are easy to follow, yet challenge you to work hard! When teaching muscle and fusion classes, Cathy focuses on correct form, balance and body control so every exercise not only works the intended muscle group, but also works your core. Cathy holds a Masters degree in Health Appraisal and Enhancement from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. The favorite part of Cathy's job is teaching group ex.
