Christine Michelson

A native of New Hampshire, I left for 6 years to go to college and to live in OKC. My love for fitness began when I was in high school. Upon passing the NSCA's CSCS exam i began taking clients of all ages, with different goals and with different limitations. Realizing how much i enjoyed helping others reach their goals I decided to add to my career with a nursing degree. Currently I work as a registered nurse and a strength & conditioning coach.... enjoying both equally! And happy that everyday i can make a difference in someone's life!
