Tom Fontana

I started playing tennis at the age of 10 , I was a nationally ranked junior who went on a full tennis scholarship to the university of texas and played #1 singles . After college I went on the pro tour for 3 years and played around the world reaching a ranking high of #182 . After my playing career was over I taught and coached tennis for 15 years at clubs and camps and even coached on the pro tour . For the past 15 years I have worked in the business world as an insurance broker and also continued to coach top juniors in my area . I also assist my wife who runs a tennis academy in New Jersey for juniors .
