Michele Ford

I have been instructing group fitness classes since 2009. I first started with my AAAI/ISMA General Aerobics certification and I taught kickboxing for two years. Next I obtained my BODYPUMP certification through LesMills followed by BODYCOMBAT a year later. I LOVE both of these formats. In January 2013, I obtained my PiYo certification through Powder Blue Productions. I have a huge passion for group fitness! At West Chester University, I run the RAM Group Fitness program where I schedule student instructors and run the operations of the program. We host many trainings and events on campus as well!

Outside of group fitness, I have studied Elementary Education at West Chester University and earned my bachelor's in education. I am currently in my masters program at WCU studying elementary and secondary school counseling.
