Abigail Kurtz

Abby Kurtz has been in the fitness industry since 2003. She has a B.S in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is a certified personal trainer. She has worked in a variety of settings including gyms, hospitals, and physical therapy offices. She has owned and operated two very successful personal training businesses over the last 7 years. One was in downtown Chicago and the other in Boulder, Colorado. Abby has special interest and extensive continuing education training in prenatal and postnatal fitness and senior fitness. Abby is passionate about health and fitness and real food and she loves sharing this joy with just about anyone who will listen.
