Oonagh Duncan

Oonagh has been working in the fitness industry for over a decade and is a Pro Trainer for the Canadian Association for Fitness Professionals, teaching Personal Training and CPR. She is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor with additional certifications in Yoga, Zumba, Pre and Postnatal fitness and Les Mills’ RPM and BodyPump.  She is a Master Trainer for the GROOVE Method and co-authored the manual for the Pre and Post Natal GROOVE Certification. Oonagh has been profiled in Glow and Toronto Life magazines for her exceptional training.
