 I am currently participating in hula hooping fitness. I  integrate lyrical dance moves into freestyle hula hooping. These classes are appropriate for all ages.

I recently hooped in the "First Night Sandwich" celebration, Cape Cod, MA for 2013.  I also performed in the Mashpee Chamber Christmas Parade 2012,

Cape Cod, MA. This fitness/art/dance arena is relatively new, and everyone loves it! This exercise is fun, creative, and gets your body moving!
