I have been very interested in health anf fitness since I was in high school. I Participated in 4 sports each high school year an was also active in a club running and volleyball at a Division 1 college. I am an avid runner and also enjoy competing in triathalons near my hometown of Madison WI. I have taught group fitness and spinning for the last 13 years and couldnt imagine my life with out it. As a busy mom of twins who also works part time as a RN, being physically active is the one thing I do consistently for myself each day. It keeps me healthy, sane, youthful, and mentally prepared for the rest of the day.
