I have a Bachelors in Business Administration and an MBA.  I spent 7 years developing a corporate career in human resources when I found my passion for health and wellness.  I worked as a national recruiter for Volt Workforce Solutions for 5 years and as a Human Resource Generalist with Polaris Industries for 2 years.  June 2012 I was presented the opportunity to take over my personal trainer and mentor, Lori Harder's studio and I decided to go for it.  I also provide nutritional coaching to my clients through the use of Isagenix cleansing and replenishing systems. I have a passion for teaching people who to live a healthy lifestyle, follow their dreams, and go after the life they deserve. Which is why I developed my business Love Live Train Companies.  The motto is Love your life.  Live it fully.  Train your body and mind.  I'm in the process of developing an online lifestyle coaching model to expand my reach.
