Certified instructor for indoor cycling since 02/2006. I teach 3 classes at the Mebane gym location and 2 classes at the Hillsborough gym location each week. My primary job is mine safety and health as I serve as Bureau Chief for N.C. Dept of Labor, Mine and Quarry Bureau.
