As a son of a holistic counselor and nutritionist, I have always understood the importance of taking care of our bodies.  I have been weight-lifting myself for over fifteen years.  I started to train clients last year just to fill my time and I fell in love with the job.  I am a very busy special education public school teacher, but I make the time early mornings and evenings to train clients at a local boutique gym.  I have been certified for years but only training clients for the past two.  Originally I got certified for my own benefit, but since training clients I am addicted.  I love showing people the correct way to exercise and improve their flexibility, strength and stamina.  The small gym where I train doesn't have a huge selection of machines so it allows me to be creative and functional when planning my workouts.  I train both small groups and individuals for either half hour or hour sessions, using a variety of exercises and techniques that I have learned from having my own trainers for the past fifteen years.
