Ashley Boone

As a studio owner, I commit to creating a space in which my students can feel relaxed, integrate the benefits of a physical yoga practice, as well as let this feeling reverberate into the community. As a yoga student, I acknowledge the fact that I too, need to take time and provide myself with space to fill up, light up, and continue to grow. Having taken retreats, hosted retreats, and planned retreats, the inspiration of travel and taking your practice into new territory is perfect grounds for self-care. Coming from that sense of self-care, the atmosphere and space I provide while teaching requires the student to be still, at peace, and comfortable enough to take care of themselves in a way that translates into the rest of their day and for the people around them.  I hope to continue my practice of both student and teacher wherever I may be in the world. I love to share this passion internationally and plan to build a strong network of like-minded practitioners. Here's to growth!
