Alice Rau

Born in indonesia on April 27,1977, Alice has been a fitness enthusiast since she was 10. Growing up, favorite activities revolved around movement whether it is Balinese dancing,basketball,swimming,or exercise classes. She earned a Bacelor's degree in Education from Atmajaya University in Jkarta,Indonesia. She spent the first 5 years after college working in Public Relations in a 5 star hotel and later in a non profit organization. She also spent 2 short years teaching English and Drama in Bina Nusantara international school before she moved to Taiwan and Korea and United States to follow her husband. In 2008 Alice decided to pursue her love and passion of fitness and began her career in the fitness industry. She currently teaches at Nike World HQ sports and Welness center, 24 Hour Fitness and Beaverton Hoop. Alice lives in beaverton ,OR with her husband and two children.when she is not busy teaching or learning, she loves to join sporting events such as spartan race,warrior dash and other urban races. She also spends a lot of time practicing her music skills on the piano and guitar. Alice is fluent in English,Indonesian and have some knowledge of chinese and french.
