Hi, my name is Michelle Kruse and I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist, Running Coach, Nutrition Consultant and Athlete with over 10 years of experience. I hold certifications from the American Council on Exercise, The National Academy of Sports Medicine, and The International Kickboxing Federation and Crossfit. I teach spin, body sculpting, cardio kickbox, bootcamp, step, hit intervals, and hi-lo aerobics. I also enjoy personal training, one one one, couples, or small groups..
I also have a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Cal State Fullerton and a MBA from Pepperdine University. I am currently back in school for a second degree in Alternative and Complementary Health. My upbeat attitude and enthusiasm is contagious. I love to inspire and share my love for being healthy everyone I meet. Empowering others to be their best is what makes me happiest. I have a lifelong passion for fitness and a desire to see my clients reach their goals. There is nothing more satisfying to me than seeing a client accomplish something they never thought was possible
My clients include healthy adults, senior citizens, police officers, executives, professional athletes, pre and post natal women, teens, children, moms, and the clinically obese. I also have extensive experience working with individuals with chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia, diabetes, lupus, and heart disease. I believe that there is an athlete inside each of us, (yes, even YOU) just waiting to be discovered. I enjoy teaching people of all ages and fitness levels.
Personally, I am constantly challenging myself both physically and mentally. I have completed many marathons, several Ironman Triathlons, 100 mile bike races, hiked the Himalayans, and competed in variety of extreme adventure races. I also continue to educate myself and learn new and innovative techniques to share with my clients.
I believe in a holistic approach to exercise and health and will offer a balanced program of exercise and nutrition based on scientific principled proven to get results.
