I am a gym owner, personal trainer, group fitness instructor from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia..I have been working in the fitness industry for the past 22 years currently teaching in excess of ten classes a week outside my own studio at one of the leading international chains in Malaysia. Called Celebrity Fitness..in addition to this I run and manage my own boutique gym Target Fitness spealizing in personal and small group training. At this present point I am actively teaching Zumba, step aerobics Body Combat , Yogilates , Spinning ,sculpting and Body Pump.
