Experienced and certified in group fitness, Bob Brennert is a lively, motivational fitness instructor, bringing fun back into group centered fitness activities. His certifications include, BCRPA Group Fitness, Weight Training, Third Age, Aquafit and Spin. He's lead groups of up to 40 participants in programs such as Boot Camp, Step, Step Interval, Body Sculpt, Cardio Kickbox, Ab-Butt & Thigh and Spin/Cycling.
Having simply started as a fitness participant, I came to love the fitness environment and felt that there was a place for me in a teaching roll.
