As told in the above information, I have been working in the fitness field for 20+ years either full or part time. I am an avid enthusiast for both group exercise instruction and one-on-one training not only as a career, but as a personal passion. Fitness has been a huge part of my life as I was a college Division I scholarship athlete at the University of Delaware in field hockey and from there have made fitness and health my life hobby (work and play!) I believe I was given the natural talent to lead, instruct and motivate others and can see no better avenue to share that than in the world of health and fitness. Outside of my fitness career I am a wife and mother of two children and reside in Sag Harbor New York, home of boaters and health nuts! I would love the opportunity to teach at a tropical all-inclusive resort and share my unique energy and spirit with happy vacationers!
