Martha loves helping her clients achieve their goals!
She has achieved advanced level certifications from Stott Pilates which is recognized worldwide as the leader in Pilates Education and instruction. She is also an accomplished personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She has worked with hundreds of people to help them lose weight, reach fitness milestones and realize optimal health and wellness allowing them to enjoy the full range of activities for their lifestyle.
In her spare time, Martha enjoys dancing the Lindy Hop, the original dance from the Big Band Era, teaching Vintage Jazz classes and competes in triathlons, marathons, and other competitive races.
