It is my belief that any body can do yoga and that every body can benefit from a yoga practice. I have been practicing yoga since 1994 and feel that it is one of the best things anyone can do for their body, their mind and their life. I took my first Iyengar yoga class in 1994 and continued to explore different styles of yoga until I found Bikram yoga in 2000. I became a certified Bikram Yoga instructor in 2002 and have been a teacher for 10 years at Bikram Yoga Seattle. I am a mother of two, and in 2009 I started volunteering as a kids' yoga instructor at a local elementary school. It is my goal as an instructor to engage, encourage and challenge each student, regardless of age or ability. You’ll experience a great workout, create a mind body connection and leave feeling re-energised and relaxed with a clearer mind. With 10 years of experience, I have seen many different bodies, and I enjoy sharing yoga with every person willing to try it.
