I began practicing yoga over nine years ago and was hooked. Over those nine years, I have incorporated yoga alongside running, spinning, kick boxing, weigh training and plyometrics. Lifestyle is the heart of her practice, and I want to teach others that yoga is all about progression and not perfection. Being a yogi is about making small shifts in your physical practice, diet, way of thinking and relationship with others. Yoga has helped me lose baby weight, keep in shape all through her second pregnancy, tone, and increase her flexibility and strength.  Prepare to be challenged, inspired and laugh when I fall over right along with the rest of the class when practicing balancing poses.
