Fitness has always been and continues to be a central part of my life.....
After spending a morning with my in home personal training clients, I can often be found volunteering at the local elementary school teaching yoga, offering fitness workshops or leading running programs. During the evenings and weekends I strive to bring group fitness classes to life (yoga, strength and bootcamp are some of my favorites)! My enthusiasm inspires my community to work towards a balanced and active lifestyle and provides a healthy role model for my 13, 11 and 8 year old children!
Through the many aspects of my fitness career and family life, I have learned to see with a more expansive perspective. I have learned that there is no right or wrong. There is only the process, and the willingness and desire to work on becoming a healthy, happy and balanced self.
